You'll see roughly 1% monthly interest (an 8.99–16.99% annual rate), with nothing due until closing. Most homes sell in about three months, so that's around 3% interest paid at closing, and only on what you actually spend on staging.

What if my home doesn't sell right away?

You have 12 months to sell. If it hasn't sold by then, you can request an extension or set up a payment plan. There's no cost if you end up not needing the funds, you can simply request the loan be closed.
